Value added features for web banner adds.

You can utilize one of the following value added features that comes with the web adds

  1. Insert photos

    2. You are allowed to insert number (number depends on the size of the banner as per tariff) of photos
  2. Reminders

    3. By this feature an authorize officer (logging through a password) in the company can send FREE SMS reminders (even at a future date and time) to anyone pre-defined by him.

    Operation:
    • Define categories of staff in the company. Even your clients or suppliers could be given a category
    • Enter the names, categories and the phone numbers of all
      •

    When you want to send a reminder (SMS), select the category (if you want to send the same message to all) or tick the name of the person (for an individual message), select a date and a time and send.

    The person or the group of people in the category will receive a free SMS on the date and the time selected.

    Useful for:
    1. Sending reminders to receive cheques
    2. To call a group for a meeting
    3. To send greetings.
    4. Job allocation for staff.
    5. Inform clients about the delivery/shipment or any other important dates.
    6. Any other specific requirement of the company.
  3. Job tracking

    By this feature an authorize officer (logging through a password) in the company can enter details of the staff (the number depends on the size of the banner) to whom the job tracking feature is applicable). He could enter (and update on regular basis) their clients’ details (name and code), job code and the status of the job with the scheduled date and time. When the staff wants or when a client request from the staff, the status of a particular job, he could get (by FREE SMS) the necessary information, simply by sending a SMS to the company with the predefined codes.

      All the payments are valid for a calendar month and the payments made before the 15th of any month will be valid for that month and any payments made after the 15th will be valid for the current month as well as for the proceeding month. Additional SMS sent after exhausting the Free SMS quota, will be billed on monthly basis at Rs. 2.00 per SMS.
